"Ian, Robert and Malcom were most efficient and cheerful"

I'm writing to thank you and your team for the way you have handled my move into storage.  The snow in Cumbria tried to thwart us but in fact, the move was on completion day so there wasn't a delay as far as the buyers were concerned.  The team (Ian, Robert and Malcom) were most efficient and cheerful.  Because of the snow I hadn't managed to get to the bank so although I gave them a tip, it wasn't as much as I feel they deserved.  Can you please give them five pounds each from that enclosed.  They suggested that I ask for them for the move up to Fort William!
Kath and Eleanor were very helpful and handled my phone calls and enquiries very calmly.  All in all, what could have been very traumatic, was professionally completed.
I'll be in touch as soon as I know when we'll be in the new home.  At the moment the walls and ceilings are still being stripped out.
